  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Brown Gravy

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your slow cooker to low.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
  • Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  • Pour brown gravy over the meatballs.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
