Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This easy, 6-ingredient Slow Cooker Pulled Pork comes out so tender and juicy. It's a 'set it and forget it' recipe that's perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Hickory liquid smoke

BBQ sauce
homemade or store bought, plus more for serving
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place pork in the slow cooker and season with salt, vinegar, garlic powder and liquid smoke.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours, until tender.
Remove pork and transfer onto a large dish; reserve all the liquid into a cup and set aside.
Shred the pork with two forks and put it back into the slow cooker along with about 0.75 cup of the reserved liquid and the BBQ sauce.
Cook on high for 1 more hour.
Notes
Serve on buns for sandwiches, over baked potatoes, or with your favorite sides. Additional BBQ sauce can be served on the side.
