Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Juicy and tender pork chops cooked to perfection in a slow cooker with a creamy ranch sauce.

  • 4 bone-in pork chops pork chops
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounce can
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Preparation Steps

  • Place the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
  • In the last 15 minutes of cooking, stir in the sour cream until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve the pork chops with the creamy ranch sauce over your favorite side dish.

Notes

This recipe is great served with mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the delicious sauce.
