  • 1 cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 0.5 cup Soy Sauce Low Sodium
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

Preparation Steps

  • In a slow cooker, combine crushed pineapple, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  • Place the pork loin in the slow cooker, turning to coat it with the sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the pork is cooked through and tender.
  • Remove the pork loin from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the sauce from the slow cooker.
