Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp beef bouillon base
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 lb small potatoes cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 hamburger buns toasted
Instructions
Heat the oven to 425°F. Toss potato wedges with oil and ranch seasoning, spread on a sheet pan, and roast for 25 to 30 minutes until browned and tender.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces; drain excess fat if needed.
Stir the garlic powder, onion powder, and beef bouillon into the beef until evenly combined.
Add the ketchup and barbecue sauce. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring until the sauce is thick and coats the beef.
Toast the buns, fill them with the sloppy joe mixture, and serve with the hot ranch potatoes.
