Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Season with pepper.
Reduce the heat to low, add the cooked tortellini and Alfredo sauce to the skillet. Stir until everything is combined and heated through.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley before serving.
