Shrimp Quesadilla
A quick and easy recipe for delicious shrimp quesadillas. Perfect for a weeknight meal!

shredded cheddar cheese

salsa

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Spread butter on one side of each tortilla.
Place one tortilla, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the tortilla. Top with half of the shrimp and salsa.
Top with the remaining cheese and shrimp.
Place the second tortilla on top, butter-side up.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some chopped cilantro or green onions to the quesadillas.
