  • 1 Avocado Avocado optional, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Clean and devein the shrimp. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine the shrimp with lime juice, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through and opaque.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with avocado slices (optional).

Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality shrimp. Adjust the amount of lime juice to your preference.
