Shredded Chicken Recipe

A simple recipe for juicy and flavorful shredded chicken, perfect for tacos, salads, or sandwiches.

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Place chicken breasts in a pot and cover with chicken broth. Add salt and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from pot and shred with two forks.
