  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables and beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread prepared cornbread mix over the top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cornbread is golden brown.
