Sea Bass with Avocado Salsa

  • 2 lbs Sea Bass fillets
  • 1 ripe avocado Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Chopped red onion
  • 0.5 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare the avocado salsa: Combine avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mash slightly with a fork.
  • Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the sea bass for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Top the sea bass with avocado salsa and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili flakes to the avocado salsa.
