Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned on all sides and cooked to desired doneness.
Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Gorgonzola cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked pasta and steak to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce while simmering. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives for a pop of color.
