  • 1.5 lb Sirloin Steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 oz Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled
  • 1 lb Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned on all sides and cooked to desired doneness.
  • Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Gorgonzola cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add cooked pasta and steak to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce while simmering. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives for a pop of color.
