Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, egg, milk, and vegetable oil until just combined. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in the crumbled cooked sausage.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
