Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Add diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over sausage and onion in the skillet. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cook over medium-low heat until the frittata is set and the cheese is melted, about 20-25 minutes.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
