Salmon Rice Delight

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon fillet
  • 1 cup Uncooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Season salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake salmon for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Serve salmon over rice and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add lemon juice or other herbs to the salmon before baking.
