  • 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes undrained
  • 16 ounce Velveeta cheese cubed

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add Rotel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

For added spice, use Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies.
