Root Beer Float Pie: 7 Steps to an Irresistible No-Bake Treat

A creamy, dreamy no-bake pie that tastes just like a root beer float! Perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz root beer chilled
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
  • Slowly add root beer, mixing until combined. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Pour filling into crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Garnish with additional whipped topping and maraschino cherries, if desired.

Notes

For a stronger root beer flavor, use root beer extract in the filling.
