Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Slowly add root beer, mixing until combined. Gently fold in whipped topping.
Pour filling into crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and maraschino cherries, if desired.
Notes
For a stronger root beer flavor, use root beer extract in the filling.
