Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

A simple and delicious recipe for perfectly roasted cherry tomatoes, perfect as a side dish or an ingredient in other meals.

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoons fresh basil chopped, for garnish (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, then add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the tomatoes evenly.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened and beginning to burst.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
