  • 1 lb Ground Beef Lean ground beef recommended
  • 0.5 cup Ricotta Cheese Whole milk ricotta
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 1 large Egg Lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until just mixed. Do not overmix.
    1 lb Ground Beef
  • Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.

Notes

Serve these meatballs with your favorite marinara sauce and pasta, or enjoy them as an appetizer with a side of dipping sauce. They can also be frozen for later use.
