Reuben Egg Rolls

Crispy egg rolls filled with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, served with a creamy Russian dressing.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut, drained
  • 4 ounce Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 12 each Egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil For frying

Russian Dressing

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
  • Place about 0.25 cup of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  • Fold the sides of the wrapper inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up, sealing the edge with a little water.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve warm with Russian dressing.
