Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
Place about 0.25 cup of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
Fold the sides of the wrapper inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up, sealing the edge with a little water.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with Russian dressing.
