Reese's Cookies Recipe

These delicious cookies combine the classic taste of Reese's peanut butter cups with a chewy chocolate cookie base. A perfect treat for any occasion!

  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy peanut butter preferred
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cream together peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs, then stir in vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and chopped Reese's cups.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until edges are nicely browned.
  • Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
