  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix Store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
    2 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix, 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Notes

For extra crispy potatoes, soak cubed potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before roasting.
