Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape mixture into 1-1/2-inch balls.
Place meatballs into a deep skillet or saucepan.
Combine tomato soup with 1 can of water and pour over the meatballs.
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.
