A fun twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, these sloppy joes are packed with flavor and easy to make.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
Top with provolone cheese slices and cover the skillet. Allow the cheese to melt, about 2 minutes.
Spoon the mixture onto the hoagie rolls and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to add other toppings like banana peppers or hot sauce for extra flavor.
