Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in bell peppers and onion, cooking until tender.
Layer Fritos in a large baking dish, then spread beef mixture over the chips.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and broil until melted and bubbly.
