Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
Season with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the cooked white rice, steak mixture, and shredded provolone cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
