Pecan Turtle Bars
Delicious pecan turtle bars with a caramel and chocolate topping.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle pecans over the crust.
In a saucepan, melt caramels with heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly.
Pour caramel mixture over pecans.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the caramel layer. Let stand for 5 minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
