  • 1 large egg beaten

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add the beaten egg to the butter mixture and mix well.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  • Fold in the mini marshmallows.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
