Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
Add the beaten egg to the butter mixture and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
Fold in the mini marshmallows.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
