  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces peanut butter cups chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream together peanut butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to peanut butter mixture.
  • Stir in chopped peanut butter cups.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
  • Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
