Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

A delightful combination of peanut butter and chocolate, these cookies are a treat for any occasion.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  • Stir in the chopped peanut butter cups.
  • Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week.
