Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cream together peanut butter, sugars, and egg until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to peanut butter mixture.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
  • Drizzle with salted caramel sauce once cooled.
