Peanut Butter Cookie Dip

This decadent and drool-worthy Peanut Butter Cookie Dip is packed with creamy peanut butter, chocolate chips, and Reese's mini peanut butter cups. It's a perfect party dip or a sweet treat for any occasion. Serve it with pretzels, animal crackers, graham crackers, or even apple slices!

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 8 ounce Reese's peanut butter cup Minis or about 1.5 cup chopped Reese's cups

Preparation Steps

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and whisk in the brown sugar and creamy peanut butter. Heat until the sugar dissolves (about one minute). Remove from heat immediately and allow to cool completely to room temperature (this step is very important).
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until creamy and smooth (about 3-4 minutes, ensure adequate beating time). With the mixer on low speed, gradually add in the cooled brown sugar and peanut butter mixture. Mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and the Reese's peanut butter cup Minis. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Notes

This dip can be made up to 2 days in advance. Keep it refrigerated until ready to serve. For best results, allow it to sit out for a few minutes at room temperature before serving to make it easier to dip.
