Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of peanut butter chips.
