Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies

Chewy peanut butter brownie cookies are easy to make and incredibly delicious! This recipe combines the rich fudgy texture of brownies with the satisfying taste of peanut butter.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set.
  • Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
