Peanut Butter Blondies

Rich, fudgy peanut butter blondies with a soft, chewy texture and deep peanut butter flavor. Perfect for dessert or a sweet snack.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped peanuts optional

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts (if using).
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
