Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

These 3-ingredient peanut butter banana cookies are incredibly easy to make and naturally gluten-free and vegan!

  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large banana ripe, mashed

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, egg, and mashed banana. Mix until well combined.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and set. They will be soft when they come out of the oven.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days.
