  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat.
