  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.

  • In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
