  • 2 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy potatoes, soak the cubed potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before roasting.
