Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy potatoes, soak the cubed potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before roasting.
