Preparation Steps
Bake the chocolate cake according to package instructions in a 9x13 inch pan.
Once the cake is baked, poke holes all over the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth. Pour over the cake, aiming to fill the holes.
Refrigerate the cake for 2-3 hours, or until the pudding is set.
Spread the whipped topping over the cake evenly.
Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top of the cake before serving.
