  • 1 package Oreo Cookies Regular or Double Stuf
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream Divided
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, beat 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • In a shallow dish, spread a thin layer of whipped cream mixture. Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies on top.
  • Spread another layer of whipped cream mixture over the cookies. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
  • Beat remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Frost the cake and garnish with crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Notes

For best results, allow the cake to chill overnight to soften the cookies completely.
