Oreo crust

This easy Oreo crust recipe is made with just two ingredients and perfect for cheesecakes or no-bake pies. Ready in 10 minutes or less with a delicious, crunchy chocolate flavor.

  • 25 cookies Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs.
  • Slowly drizzle in melted butter and pulse until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into your desired pie dish.
  • Using the bottom of a measuring cup or glass, press the crumbs evenly up the sides and over the bottom of the dish until a smooth crust forms.
  • Refrigerate the crust until ready to add filling.

Notes

This crust can be baked at 350°F for 8-10 minutes if you want a firmer crust. It stores well in the freezer for up to 3 months.
