Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add the sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until creamy.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
