Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
