This no-bake pumpkin pie is a delicious and easy treat perfect for the fall season. It's creamy, spicy, and requires no baking time at all!

  • 15 oz canned pumpkin puree Make sure it's pure pumpkin, not pie mix.
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened at room temperature.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream Extra for topping if desired.
  • 1 piece graham cracker crust Prefabricated.

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add in the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, top with a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
