Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add in the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
