  • 0.75 cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet or dark

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still slightly soft.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate chips. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
