Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the mint extract until well combined.

  • Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies, reserving some for topping.

  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining Oreo cookies on top.
