Mini Lasagna Cups Recipe

These mini lasagna cups are a fun and easy twist on a classic! Perfect for parties or a weeknight dinner.

  • 1 pound Lasagna noodles
  • 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 jar Marinara sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and cut into 2-inch squares.
  • In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Press a lasagna noodle square into each cup of a muffin tin.
  • Spoon a layer of marinara sauce into each cup, followed by a layer of ricotta mixture.
  • Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.

Notes

These mini lasagna cups can be made ahead of time and reheated. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
