Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the corn, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, sour cream, chili powder, and salt.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
