Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, oats, milk, eggs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place the mixture in a loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Spread the ketchup evenly on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the meatloaf mixture.
